Summit Consulting Ltd ("Summit", "we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or submits information through it. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, through the contact form, the careers application form, or the newsletter sign up. Depending on which form you use, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, the content of your message, and, if you apply for a role, your CV or resume file.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To review and follow up on career applications.
- To send the Be Transformed newsletter to subscribers who opt in, and to nothing else.
- To maintain the security of this website, including detecting and blocking spam or abusive submissions.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising targeting. Information submitted through our forms is used only for the purpose you submitted it for.
How information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database on our web server and are only accessible to authorized Summit staff. Uploaded CVs and resumes are stored in a protected directory that cannot be browsed publicly. We retain career applications for twelve months and contact messages for as long as needed to respond to and resolve the inquiry, after which they may be deleted.
Third party services
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated spam and abuse. Google may process technical information such as your IP address and browser behavior as part of that service, under Google's own privacy policy. We use no advertising trackers or third party analytics scripts on this website.
Cookies
This website uses only the minimal, functional cookies needed to keep a form session secure (for example, to prevent duplicate submissions). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligation we may have to retain it. To make such a request, contact us using the details below.
